Annual Gala

The Lumen Christi Annual Gala and Auction is the largest fundraising event the school puts on each year.  This elegant evening is a wonderful way to celebrate our school with fine food, friends, live and silent auctions, entertainment, and more.

Our upcoming 25th Anniversary Gala “A Night Under the Stars” will be held at Lumen Christi High School on Saturday, February 8, 2020.  Doors open at 5:30 p.m. with a Silent Auction, followed by dinner at 7:30 p.m.; 8:00 p.m. Live Auction and “Heads or Tails” group game of chance; and concluding with the ever popular (and cut throat!) Dessert Dash.

Lumen Christi’s generous community supporters donate hundreds of items for our auction, ranging from handmade quilts to gift baskets to adventures in Alaska. In addition to the fun you will have bidding on auction items, Gala attendees will see some of our talented students in action. They not only help work the event the night of in various ways, but are also helpful behind the scenes in the weeks leading up to the auction.  Students from each grade also work together to create projects to be auctioned off, ranging from the traditional senior rosaries, to one-of-a-kind treasures such as hand-painted furniture or art pieces.

Individual tickets and tables to attend the event are available to purchase and we are currently accepting donations.  Donations can be dropped off at the school or picked up at your convenience.  We also have advertising space available for purchase in both our auction booklet and event night slideshow.
