Lumen Christi offers several ways that families can further reduce the amount of tuition paid. These are through tuition discounts per the following:
- Referral: A family or household who has referred a student to Lumen Christi will receive a $1,000 incentive discount per student referred who has successfully enrolled at Lumen Christi up to $2,500. Referred families must specify the referral at the time of registration for the current families to receive this discount.
- Multi-Student: A family or household with more than one student attending LCHS is automatically granted a reduction of $500 per additional student up to $2500. This is fixed and is not subject to the academic and behavior requirements required by other tuition assistance.
- St. Elizabeth Ann Seton School: Families with students at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Elementary School will also receive a tuition reduction based on the number of students at each school.
Additional Financial Assistance
Lumen Christi High School uses Catholic School Tuition Assistance Services (CSTAS) in Fulton, Illinois to determine eligibility for additional tuition financial assistance. CSTAS uses a simple one-page application called the Lumen Christi Catholic High School Tuition Assistance Application. The information provided on the form, along with copies of the applicant’s federal income tax form and W2 forms, will be used to determine the level of financial assistance for the family/student.
For a family to be eligible for additional financial assistance, they must complete the tuition assistance application (click link below), provide all required information, and pay the CSTAS fee.
The amount of financial assistance available will depend on CSTAS’s recommendation and on the level of funding in the Scholarship Fund.
Financial assistance is not automatically renewed each year; families must reapply each year. All family information is kept strictly confidential. You may visit the Covenant Tuition Services website at http://cts-tuition.com/app/lumancak/.
If you have questions concerning the above process, please do not hesitate to contact the Principal or the Front Office.
